How do I know this? As a Health and Life Coach, I seek out only the best answers and go to the Source of the problems because life is worth living, without pain and suffering, and I'm sure that you, like me, want to enjoy every moment of it, with as much Joy and Love as possible. When we are sick and tired, we cannot. So we Detox, from what we've taken in over the years, get a FRESH START and become educated about how to live in this new toxic environment, that wasn't like this when most of us were born. It means we have to re-learn how to eat, think, breathe, act ! This is as much of our program as the physical cleansing.

Why do we need to Detox? Our environment is sick and tired and so are we. Our bodies and minds reflect what is in our food, our air, water and soil. These are the main reasons that humans are experiencing the 'ill health' that we are today, en masse. It is imperative now, to cleanse our bodies and our minds in order to face the future. We are here to assist you in re-learning what we've forgotten and provide a nurturing boost to get back a healthy outlook and body.

And for those who would like the most peaceful, gorgeous, healing environment for taking some time out, we also offer a do-it-yourself retreat.

With the RAW CLEANSE WEEK we teach you 'How to Eat' and with the New ULTIMATE SEAWATER CLEANSE we teach and assist you in 'Not Eating', to eliminate deeply, easily and gracefully, like nothing I've seen that can heal so many problems in an average of two weeks. A third week is sometimes needed if you arrive with a chronic problem.

We also offer the FULL MOON WEEK - where we add the pristine waters of south Kona to our journey for communing with our cetacean friends - the spinner dolphins.

WE CLEAN OUT THE BODY first, THE MIND follows, then the SPIRIT gets what it needs in PARADISE and TRUE SELF emerges!! My forte is sourcing what gets you renewed FAST, and in a very holistic, leave nothing out, program!
