Kona, Hawaii

All retreats begin on Maui, a place to land to refresh, detox from your journey. Then after a day and a half, we fly to the Big Island for 4 days to stay in our oceanfront home, where we stretch oceanside, swim with the dolphins in the wild, off the beach in a bay and off a boat along the Kona coast, meditate in our peace hale's (Hawaiian for house), walk the shoreline for miles, eat the best whole, raw nutrition you can find and be pampered with massage right on the ocean. We return to Maui for a day and a half or you can fly home from Kona airport.
